Hidden Histories
To celebrate LGBT History Month, the University of Wales (Newport) in conjunction with the Rainbow Network and the South East Wales Equality Network are hosting 'Hidden Histories'
The event will consist of 2 presentations, the first is 'From Inverts to Hermverts - a critical history of gender varience' and secondly 'Bona to vada your dolly old eek, don't be strange - troll in (Playing the Polari game)
This is a free event but places are limited

An L Of A Tribute Night
St David's Hall invites you to 'An L of a Tribute Night'. The finest UK female artists perform their exclusive tributes to the world's biggest lesbian icons. The Indigo Girls, k.d. lang, Tegan & Sara, Annie Lennox and Melissa Etheridge will all be paid the ultimate tribute as Greymatter, Al Start, GeEkgiRL, Tara Simms and Stars in their Eyes winner; Belinda O'Hooley transform themselves into their heroes. Plus special guests HORSE and award-winning comedian Zoe Lyons. Don't miss out on watching the most incredible wish list of international acts performing on one stage for just one L of a night!
