Fabulous Felt Making
LGBT family friendly event for children, making artwork out of felt material. The created artwork will be displayed in the Hat Works Cafe during February and can be taken home afterwards.

Winter Words
An early evening event of spooky spoken word and twisted cabaret, starring Rosie Lugosi the Lesbian Vampire Queen... held in one of Lancashire's most atmopheric venues... an 18th Century windmill.

LGBT History Ball
The fabulous LGBT History Ball - an evening of 1950's style to celebrate February's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender History Month.

The beautiful surroundings of the Old Market will be dressed in 1950s glamour, set against the back drop of projected images of last years ball and the forums history posters showing local lgbt history over the last 50 years.

The Fabulous Nicky Mitchell and her band will entertain us with 50's jive music, with guest singers including the wonderful Marilyn Monroe (also known as Helen Kane).  We're even planning dance class at the beginning of the night for those who'd like to jive!

We will be presenting a history award to an organisation that has been making history today, voted for by the lgbt forum membership. And don't forget we will be giving prizes for the best dressed man and best dressed woman.
